1. SIDE NOTE CLUB IN HONGDAE
Side Note Club is one of the largest rooftop in Seoul. It it located on top of Ryse hotel in Hongdae. It is one of our favourite rooftop bars in Seoul. Side Note Club offers delicious coktails, wine and finger foods. The view from the 15th floor, is absolutely stunning especially during sunset.
Before COVID, Side Note Club used to have DJs playing on the rooftops. This has apparently stopped for a while.

2. URBAN BEACH ROOFTOP IN HONGDAE
We discovered Urban Beach randomly, walking through Hongdae on a Friday night. We were so happy to discover Urban Beach, this rooftop has a great atmosphere and funky cocktails. Urban Beach has a rooftop and an interior bar on the lower floor filled with sand. It creates a very beachy atmosphere.
Definitely one of the best rooftop bars in Seoul! Check it out.

3. ROOFTOP GENI IN HONGDAE
Rooftop Geni is a great place to chill on a weekday in a nice rooftop full of plants also serving great italian food. The best part about Rooftop Geni, is that it is pet friendly. So it’s the best place to your bring your furry pet with you and enjoy a cocktail with the best view of the city!

4. GILLIGANS IN HONGDAE
Another awesome rooftops in Hongdae: GILLIGANS. Great atmosphere at this rooftop is almost guaranteed. Nice staff, great music, great view, awesome people! Nothing to add, it’s the place to go in Hongdae!

5. PRIVILEGE SEOUL IN ITAEWON
Located on top of the very chic Mondrian Hotel, Privilege is today one of the best rooftop bars in Seoul.
Privilege rooftop bar, serves amazing cocktails and delicious food in a very elegant setting. Check it out if you are in Itaewon, it’s absolutely worth it!

6. T-BAR IN ITAEWON
T-Bar is actually a woman tailor shop, which recently open a rooftop bar call T-Bar on top of their shop. The outdoor area was first used by the employees of the tailor shops before they decided to make it public.
It is the perfect rooftop to bring a date! T-Bar is very romantic.
They also service great tapas food.

7. AVANT-GARDE ROOFTOP IN ITAWEON
Avant-Garde Rooftop bar is the new hip rooftop lounge in the trendy Gyeongnidan area right behind Itaewon.
Get a nice and refreshing drinks in Avant-garde during the hot summer nights in Seoul.

8. CASA CORONA IN ITAEWON
For the best beach bar rooftop with Mexican vibes, head to Casa Corona in Itaewon. One of our favorite rooftops in the city,
Prefect for a drink after work, Casa Corona also organizes many events throughout the year, with live music, jazz night, yoga events and so much more. It’s a must-see if you are in itaewon.
Casa Corona serves great cocktails and amazing food, all with the perfect view of Seoul!

9. FLOATING ROOFTOP IN MYEONGDONG
Floating is one of the most famous and also largest Rooftops in Seoul. It it located on top of the L7 Lotte Hotel in Myeongdong on the 21st floor.
Floating is very stylish place, with a great view on the Namsan Tower. This rooftop offers an indoor and outdoor areas, with signature cocktails and lounge vibes.

10. LE STYLE ON TOP OF IBIS HOTEL IN MYEONGDONG
This very stylish rooftop is located on the 21st floor of the IBIS STYLE AMBASSADOR hotel. Le Style Bar is one of the most modern rooftops in Seoul which provides a stunning view of Seoul with the Namsan Tower in the background.

11. THE GRIFFIN IN DONGDAEMUN
The Griffin rooftop is located on top of the JW Marriot Hotel in Dongdaemun. The Griffin has an impressive collection of wines and high quality cocktails.
From this rooftop you have the perfect view to Heunginjimun Gate.

12. VVERTIGO ON TOP OF THE CONRAD HOTEL IN YEOUIDO
If you are looking for a stylish and luxurious rooftop bar, then head to the Conrad hotel in Yeouido. They have an amazing rooftop called VVertigo with a wonderful view of Seoul. Definitely one of our favorite rooftops in Seoul!

13. HOTEL CAPPUCICINO ROOFTOP BAR IN GANGNAM
Famous for its unique Gin & Tonic, the Rooftop Bar located on the 17th floor of Cappuccino hotel is certainly one of the best rooftop bars in Seoul.
This place also offers food in your are hungry while enjoying the view of the city!

14. KRUG ROOFTOP AT CRESCENDO HOTEL IN GANGNAM
Krug rooftop is located in Gangnam on top of the Crescendo Hotel. It is a really stylish rooftop, modern, clean with an amazing view of Gangnam.
You can order beer or champagne with great food bites to share.

15. ROOF 808 IN GANGNAM
Roof 808 offers a great view of Gangnam. This bar as well as cafe, also offers delicious brunch and drinks during the day (for more brunch places in Seoul, check out this post). After sunset the atmosphere changes to look more like a bar serving great cocktails.
